Sac City Council discusses the need to update agreement for the transfer of highway 20 once the bypass is complete

SAC CITY, IOWA – NOVEMBER 8, 2010

At the November 4, special council meeting, the Sac City Council people had questions about the transfer agreement put together by the previous administrator for the eventual turnover of highway 20 through town to the city.

Following is that agreement. The figures contained herein are subject to inflation and were not discussed.
