OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!! Who runs this town??? Marlene or the city council. Why is it that 5 grown men are So afraid of one woman that they can't even speak up?!?!?! I can tell you one thing, this is one voter who will be heard when the elections come around if these council memebers don't pull their heads out of their butts!!!
its been like this for years!! the only council member who gives a damn and says anything is john the rest of them just look down at the table and dont say anything!! The rest of the counsil members need to hit the road get some people in there that will speak up and help the city out!! Rob German needs to take a hike he doesnt do anything cause like he said at one of the meetings he has a business to run so he will not piss off the people in wall lake WELL Rob whats the point of being on the board if you arent going to say your opions get off the board??? Go John dont back down we "the town" people support you...only guy there that has any balls!! time for a change!!
I complained over a yr ago that our electric bills were so high> I got the run around saying that it was high because I didn't pay enough the month before. It went on like this for several months. we ended up paying more but finally got credit after they figured out that the charges were wrong. I think the whole billing process needs to checked over each month by someone else.
MARLENE ANDERSON NEEDS TO GO...AND THE SOONER THEY FIGURE IT OUT THE BETTER OFF THIS TOWN WILL BE....QUIT LOOKING AT THE TABLE TOP AND MAKE A MOTION TO LET HER GO AND THEN ONE OF YOU IDIOTS SECOND AND THIRD THE MOTION! SHE CAN THREATREN TO SUE JOHN MORROW, BUT SLANDER AND ACCUSE THE MAYOR?????? WOW YOU GUYS ARE REALLY IDIOTS OR YOU ARE ALL GETTING "SOMETHING" AS FOR GERMANN...YOU KEEP THIS UP AND YOU WILL HAVE NO BUSINESS TO RUN!
What I dont understand is why Marlene would want to continue to work there. Obviously the community does not want her there. How enjoyable can it be to go to work where everyone you come in contact with doesnt like you.
Also, city council, why was she hired in the first place. I believe if you are going to work for the city you should live in the city!!!
Get rid of her she has brought this all on herself. From day one she has been rude and defensive to the people of this community and that is not what Wall Lake is all about. She has actually made me think of moving from this community that is really sad. It is time we stand up to this bully and make Wall Lake a friendly caring progressive community.

Ive heard you all bash her too! So here is the question I want to know....WHAT THE HELL DOES SHE HAVE ON SOME OF YOU????
So, I just saw an add in the paper for a part time position for the City of Wall Lake and at the bottom it clearly states.... Must be a citizen of Wall Lake. Why does this not apply to Marlene?
I vote for keeping her. As an "out of towner" I really enjoy watching this soap opera each month. You just wonder what she will do on the next episode. It is as if she is just begging to be fired just so she can sue somebody.
