TSN VIDEO: Tracey Ann Richter found guilty

FORT DODGE - On the morning of November 7, 2011 Tracey Ann Richter was found guilty of of the murder of Dustin Wehde. Richter was found guilty after between four and five hours of juror deliberation on Friday night and Monday morning.

The verdict was guilty of Murder in the First Degree. Judge Kurt L. Wilke, the presiding judge, ordered a pre-sentence investigation from the Second Judicial District Department of Correction Services to recommend an appropriate sentence.

Richter's attorney, Scott Bandstra indicated that he is going to make a written motion for a new trial.

Sentencing has been set for December 5, 2011 at 9:00AM. At this time, TSN is scheduled to be at this hearing.
