Children's Day at the Sac City Library a success
SAC CITY, IOWA - APRIL 16, 2011
Shiloh Nokes, Daughter of Billy and Emily Nokes of Sac City, Iowa takes part in a magic trick at the Sac City Library on April 16, 2011. The magic show, performed by Rick Eugene, was the climax of Children's Day at the Library whch included vision, dental, and health screenings, storytelling, free books, and free lunch for the kids.
Said Sac City Library Director Brandie Ledford, "The Children's Day event at the library was a great success. The turnout was wonderful and we hope that both parents and kids learned a little about health and safety while having a good time. The library is a great resource for families."
58 people crowded into the Sac City Library's meeting room to watch Rick Eugene perform. Here, Mr. Eugene prepares to perform his famed "Magic Rope" Trick.
