About as classy as cheating the Vet's memorial project at the courthouse out of all that money. We live among folks with absolutely no ethics or morals.
I bet if you ask to see the construction contract, you will find that there was never one done!!!! That makes it a civil case and not a criminal one. Just trusting people on their word. What has this world come too. What happened to the hand shake deals of our forefathers
Why do people think it's ok to screw over our small town projects? This was for the vets. The contractor should be ashamed. Sounds like the lady who stole from the school and community of Lake View a few years ago.
