FIRST LOOK: August 8, 2011 Schaller City Council Meeting

TSN was unable to obtain a full video of this meeting. This video is the first hour and a half of the meeting. It covers Approval of the consent agenda, a request for the waiver of a late bill fee, and the first part of a discussion about infiltration of storm and other water into the citiy's sanitary sewer.
Though the reporter charged with filming the meeting was on site at 4:28PM, a portion of the consent agenda was not filmed because the council members and mayor of Schaller broke Iowa's open meeting laws and started the meeting before the scheduled start time of 4:30PM.
There were 11 more items scheduled for this meeting, the conversations of which, took place after 6:00PM. These are those items:

Discussion/Action on tax abatement applications

Sac City, Iowa - A bond hearing for 45 year old Tracey Ann Richter-Roberts, the woman Sac County, Iowa officials have accused of the murder of Dustin Wehde, is scheduled to take place at 3:00PM in Sac County, Iowa District Court on August 9, 2011.
