December 2009 Sac City Police Department Head Report
Letter to the Editor - Mad about people parking in the fire lane
This really makes me mad. Go sit in the food pride parking lot. Count how many people park in the fire lane.
I was there one day, two people parked in the fire lane. I go to my car, and the Chevy S-10 next to me has "Fire Chief" stickers on the topper. This is news.
People are too ignorant to walk from the lot to their car. I complained to a worker, and he agrees and says that he has seen firemen park in the fire lane before. People don't do this at Wal-Mart, why are they allowed to do it in Sac City? if there ever was a fire, who’s going to be responsible then?
