2. Approval of agenda.
3. Amendment of agenda.
4. Approval of agenda (take 2)


5. Approval of minutes of prior meeting.
- Minutes contested by Morrow as too wordy.
- Minutes amended and approved.


7. Approval of bills.
- Do we calculate sales tax based on receipts or bills?
- Sales tax on electrical bills incorrectly billed in past.
-- Why is sales tax $3,500?
- Sales tax is done on receipts.
-- Will continue to be billed that way in the future.


8. Wall Lake City Council dispute about tax exempt status of Crop Production Services


9. Bills approved.
