WALL LAKE, IOWA - OCTOBER 25, 2010

1. Natural gas was completed on 10/19
2. Schmidt pulled out of project.
3. As of 10/22 electrical was not complete.
4. Mayor told details of Schmidt situation.
5. Is it the city’s project?
