The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Dean Stock, Chairman, presiding. The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.

It was moved by Hecht and seconded by Bensley to approve the agenda as posted. Ayes all, motion carried.

In other business, it was moved by Bensley and seconded by Hecht to approve the transfers of $108.04 from DD 23 to Drainage Admin, $402.44 from DD 28 to Dranage Admin, $269.75 from DD 30 to Drainage Admin, $101.76 from DD 36 to Drainage Admin and $424.33 from DD 59 to Drainage Admin. Ayes all, motion carried.

Tom and Cindy Shelp from Grant City were present to request maintenance on Mary Street in Grant City and to discuss E911 identification issues with the Board and the engineer. The Board indicated that Mary Street would be maintained and that the E911 issues should be taken up with the E911 Coordinator.

The County Engineer updated the Board on activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects.

It was moved by Hecht and seconded by Bensley to approve a proposed tile repair in DD 59 located in Section 4, Boyer Valley Twp for $300.00 Ayes all, motion carried.

It was moved by Bensley and seconded by Hecht to approve a proposed tree removal and tile repair in DD 62 located in Section 20, Delaware Twp for $750.00. Ayes all, motion carried.

With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
