Auburn city council hears Superintendent DPW concerns about electrical contract

AUBURN, IOWA – NOVEMBER 8, 2010

1. The superintended tells a story about a bad experience he had with REC employees during a recent outage. The Clerk was directed to set up a meeting with the REC.


2. Strange problem with the wiring at the water plant.
- Might be related to the telephones lines.
- Gun shop reports having problems that seem to be similar.
-- described as a “surge”
--- It blew a surge arrester at the gun shop.
