SAC CITY, IOWA – JANUARY 4, 2011

1. The Sac County Supervisors want both 196 and 71 to be state roads because they believe that their will be a “ton” of traffic on each road.
2. N14 to be moved East where the bypass and current N14 meet.


3. How does federal money that passes through the state get designated, as state or federal money?
