EARLY, IOWA – JANUARY 4, 2011

“RESOLUTION 11-01 Authorizing MidAmerican Energy to remove a street light at 103 Hickory.
Offered by Councilor Davis and seconded by Councilor DeHaan. On roll call vote, Ayes:
Brinkman, Davis, Cougill, DeHaan and Schumacher. Nays: None Absent: Brinkman. Whereupon
the Mayor declared said resolution duly adopted. A copy of said resolution is attached hereto
by the reference made a part thereof.”


1. This light is located in the alley.
