“Councilor Davis made a motion to set a public hearing March 1st, 2011 at 7:00 pm to review an
application for a State Revolving Fund Loan from the Iowa Department of Natural Resources,
and to make available to the public the contents of an environmental information document and
the City’s water improvement project plan.”
