1. The 1,200 dollars in reserve for Auburn is because they are not open yet.
- They plan on opening their museum in March.
2. “I know we have roof projects, tuck pointing…” (isn’t specified where this is.)
3. Drainage repairs in lake view. The concrete is binding up by the doors so they “can’t get in or out, they’ve got a lot of things to fix here.”
4. Hired contractor at $22 per hour to do the depot in Wall Lake.
- This doesn’t include the interior.
- The Andy Williams house is separate from the depot.
- There is not a sidewalk that connects the Andy Williams House with the depot.
5. Curator in Nemaha getting too old, younger person recruited.
6. Elderly not being bused into Andy Williams house as frequently.
7. Caboose not ready to go yet in Wall Lake.
8. Dean Stock talks about the history of Wall Lake’s train activity.
9. Funding requests are included in the budget for approval and the supervisors made no decision regarding this request on January 18, 2011.
10. Supervisors make appointments to the Sac County certified local government board representing the Historical Society.
