1. Call to Order.
2. Councilor Laney was going to attend via phone, but is unable to establish a connection at start of the meet, so is absent. Mayor Westergaard also absent.
3. No one to address the council during public forum.
4. Consent agenda amended to remove building permit
5. Consent agenda approved.
6. Mayor Pro-tem retains voting rights.
