June 28, 2010 Wall Lake City Council Call to Order, approval of bills
WALL LAKE, IOWA – JUNE 28, 2010
1. Call to Order.
- Absent: Mayor Steve D.
2. Pledge of Allegiance
3. Approval of Agenda without amendment.
4. Approval of minutes of the June 21, 2010 and June 14, 2010 special meeting.
- There was a correction to the June 14, 2010 minutes requested clarifying a motion regarding city poll employee rates.
- Minutes approved with corrections.
5. Bills to be paid approved.
- Bills of interest highlighted in document to follow.
--Municipal Energy – cost of service study. $360.00
--Detroit industrial tool – diamond blade for cutting concrete. (two blades.)
--T&R Electric – testing supplies for testing transformers.
--$360.00 added for police protection for the street dance – in the motion.
---Councilman objects to paying police officers personally for protection that is called for in the contract the city has with Lake View. (not confirmed)
