Sac City Council Approves additional housing rehab project.

SAC CITY, IOWA – OCTOBER 25, 2010

At the October 11, 2010 Sac City Council meeting, the council approved an extension of the contract with Region XII Council of Governments that would allow for more homes to receive rehabilitation help.

Happily, another homeowner applied and the council approved the funding for that project. This utilizes no additional funding on the part of the city other than what was already approved.
