Odebolt City Council complaints and Nuisance abatement committee report

ODEBOLT, IOWA – NOVEMBER 1, 2010

1. Dogs running loose in the area.
- Sheriff’s department will keep an eye on the neighborhood.
2. Property in Mayor’s neck of the woods.
- Council people note some progress.


3. What is the status on the Neumann building?
- There are some very unhappy neighbors.
- Would like to see the building finished, enclosed.
- Council to contact owner and get a time frame for completion.
-- Moved onto the slab is probably the requirement for completion, but council doesn’t think that’s enough.


4. Missing sidewalks on Hanson Blvd.
- Complainant not willing to put complaint in writing… dead issue.
