The Sac County Conservation Center is hosting the “Salute to Songbirds” exhibit. This is a traveling exhibit has been on rotation around Iowa. The exhibit has hands on activities with many things to see, as well as great information on songbirds. If you have ever been interested in songbirds or want to know how to attract them, then this is a must see exhibit. This exhibit was brought to Sac County with the assistance of the REAP-CEP grant and is here until July 24th. Please make sure to find time this summer to check out the new exhibits at the Sac County Conservation Center.
The Sac County Conservation Board has NEW weekend hours! In order to give people more opportunities to come see the Salute to Songbirds display, the center will be open Sunday afternoons from 1pm-3 pm during the weeks of June 19th thru July 24th.
