On April 19, 2011 the East Sac County School Board voted to continue to participate in the 28E agreement between East Sac County School, the Sac Community Center, and the City of Sac City for use of the Sac Community Center. The cost to East Sac County School for the use of this facility is $15,000. the agreement was approved for a one year period.
Two attendees asked that the school board consider using the Sac Community center more frequently. Board President Chuck Brotherton agreed indicating that if the school is going to pay to use it, then it should be used, but he also pointed out that that is an administrative decision and not a board of education decision.
