SAC CITY, IOWA - APRIL 23, 2011

TAKE THE POLL:
Do you think that East Sac County School Board President Chuck Brotherton will comply with Iowa's open records law and release the emails he received regarding 303.9?

There is no doubt in my mind that you viewers will very quickly be reading those 1000 emails Mr. Brotherton claims to have received regarding ESC School Board policy 303.9 in his capacity as East Sac County School Board president during the April 19, 2011 ESC School Board meeting.
Following is the amount of email Mr. Brotherton claims he received.
Following is the full context from which the preceding was taken. It is around thirty six minutes long.

The first step will be establishing communication with the president, as his email address is not posted at the school website. This is the freedom on information act request I sent to the business office of East Sac County School to establish that address.
TO: "John Kraft" jkraft@eastsac.k12.ia.us
SUBJECT: FOIA Request for Chuck Brotherton's email address
BODY:
John,
Technically this is a freedom of information act request for any 1 email of your choice that the business office of East Sac County School exchanged with East Sac County School Board president Chuck Brotherton.
The only information I am specifically looking for is the meta information on that email which shows an email address for Mr. Brotherton.
Interestingly, this information cannot be found on the school's website under "contacts". is your website administrator aware of that?.
Thanks,
Curtis Bloes
