8. Unanimous approval of liquor license for Lobo’s inc.
9. Discussion about areas needing sealcoat and repair for the wastewater project.
- Council person presents results of his personal inspection of streets and sewers
-- A street has separated on the east side of Perth and the curb is lying over.
--- Doesn’t know what has to happen to it to fix it.
--- About a 125 foot area.
-- Going east and west from (sound’s like “Dale Tolk Heimz”) there’s a large dip or lateral line.
-- Great big on one Perth street that has really settled.
-- Two laterals on Main Street.

- Mayor Pro Tem wants to see how these recommendations measure up compared to what Clyde says.
- It is suggested that the all of the council people go out with different color markings and inspect and mark the problem areas that they see.
- Council decides to hold another discussion about this issue at the March 14, 2011 council meet.
10. Discussion about hiring law enforcement protection.
- What kind of officer is needed?
- Council decides that the employee must move to within city limits in 6 months or less.
- There can be discussion on a case by case basis.
11. Review of applications of police officer candidates.
12. Introduction of TSN reporter.
13. Review of building permit for new home and further review of applications of police officer candidates.
