The following agreement between the City of Lake View and the Iowa Department of Transportation has been in place for 15 to 20 years without change. It needs renewed every Five years for a Five year period. The primary areas of responsibility for the city is the drainage off the viaduct, and for all intersections.
The agreement was approved without discussion.
