1. Credit cards are required to have personal names on them.
2. It is suggested that credit cards be issued to employees separately.
- Saves the city from trying to have it issued to one person and having other employees need it.
3. Clerk directed to check into cost of getting cards for each employee.
- Need for submitting expense claims for each purchase emphasized.
- Would like employees to be very specific.
