WALL LAKE, IOWA – JANUARY 10, 2011

1. Call to order.
2. Pledge of Allegiance
3. Approval of the agenda.
4. Approval of minutes of the previous meeting.
- Minutes of November 24, 2010 questioned. Council person contends that the motion was to certify the debt, not to transfer the money.
-- Clerk instructed to go back to the recording of the meeting and recheck wording.
- Minutes approved.
5. Approval of bills to be paid.
- Need to change the item “ electric pump” from $963 to $845.
-- They will be sending a credit.
