How about RECKLESS DRIVING, failure to maintain control, eluding? habitual offender, etc. Doesn't "careless driving" seem a tad tepid? Ironic he nearly took out the bar, guess he's fortunate he didn't hit the nearby superfund site.
ReplyDeleteI would suggest that anyone doing damage to any Alcohol Dispensing Business in Sac City be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We all know that alcohol keeps this town livable. Anyone who could endanger this heart of Sac City has no reason to be driving. I would suggest he be put in "Time Out", and cannot enter a bar for 2 weeks. This will teach him a lesson.
ReplyDeletegavin is the f'n man. f yall haters. this dude is a great man. nuff said.
ReplyDeleteanonymous @ 9:44 p.m.: The report says he's 19. One way or the other, he cannot enter a bar for 2 years. Maybe by then he'll have learned a lesson. We can only hope. (Assuming he's guilty, of course; innocent till proven guilty is still the law of the land... but guilty or no, he still doesn't get to go to the bar till he's 21.)
ReplyDeleteMaybe people should find something else to do with there lives.Don't matter what the age is and if they want to drink they find away.
ReplyDeleteDrinking and Driving and under-age drinking has always been a real problem in the Sac City Area. What will it take for law enforcement, city officials and citizens of Sac City to realize that they have a problem and should be dealt with, such as harsher punishments for repeat offenders. I remember when I lived there, if you had money you pretty much got away with whatever you wanted, or if your parents had big names.....Same things never change I suppose.
