WLVA School Board Discusses Bills and Financial Report

1. WLVA Board call to order
- All members present.
2. Approval of Agenda.
3. Approval of November 2010 minutes
4. Approval of financial report and bills.
- There were two large bills
-- $12,831.84 to Iowa Central.
--- For personnel who took college courses, (driver training.)
-- $24,549.80. to Welco industries.
--- Question about magazine sales.
5. Separate approval for bills to Wall lake Lumber and Lake View Lumber to avoid possible conflict of interest due to board member’s connection with said businesses.
