1. Call to order.
2. Roll call
3. PUBLIC FORUM: Fifteen minutes of the Council meeting is designated for citizens input on matters not on the agenda. The Council will consider these issues at a later date.
4. CONSENT AGENDA
a. Approve or amend the tentative agenda.
b. Approve minutes from December 6th and 13th.
c. Approve financial report for November.
d. Approve bills and authorize payment.

5. PUBLIC HEARING on the proposed issuance of $200,000 in Electric Revenue Bonds to Finance Repairs to the Municipal Electric System.
6. Resolution 10-41: "Taking Additional Action to Enter into a Loan Agreement."
7. ORDINANCE #427: "An Ordinance Amending the Code of Ordinances of the City of Lake View, Iowa, 2006, by Adding Requirements for Site Plans.”
8. ORDINANCE #428: "An Ordinance Amending the Code of Ordinances of the City of Lake View, Iowa, 2006, by Amending Provisions Pertaining to Electric Rates.”
9. ORDINANCE #429: "An Ordinance Amending the Code of Ordinances of the City of Lake View, Iowa, 2006, by Amending Provisions Pertaining to Water Rates.”
10. ORDINANCE #430: "An Ordinance Amending the Code of Ordinances of the City of Lake View, Iowa, 2006, by Amending Provisions Pertaining to Sewer Rates.”
11. Streetscape Project:
a. Approve final pay estimate
b. Resolution 10-42: "Resolution Accepting the Work”
12. City Clerk/Administrator Report.
a. Highway 71/175 bridge project
b. Hotel street
13. Adjourn.
