Sac City Council approves first reading of Ordinance 2010 – 220 vacating an alley

SAC CITY, IOWA – DECEMBER 13, 2010



1. Mayor opens public hearing to discuss vacation and sale of property.
2. The city administrator has received no written or oral comments previous to the hearing regarding the vacation and sale of this property.
3. With no discussion from the public, the public hearing is closed.
4. Ordinance introduced and motion for passage of 1st reading of ordinance 2010 – 220 is made and seconded.
- First reading of ordinance 2010 – 220 passes unanimously.
