EARLY, IOWA – NOVEMBER 2, 2010

1. Call to Order.
2. Pledge of Allegiance.
3. Approval of agenda
4. Approval of minutes of the October meeting.
5. Approval of bills.


6. Discussion of budget
- Health insurance is going up by 52%.
- Budget is right on track.
- Annual fee is huge with GT. If the city goes with new software, it could be paid off and save the city money.
-- The new software goes right into the state budget and will save time.
