Your going to have crime weather you have officers there or not.They have so many hours contracted in Early and as long as there meeting the contracted hours what else can you do? they are also contracted with other towns and need to meet those contracted hours.They can't be everywhere at once.Early has no more crime then any other town in the county even the towns that have full time police force.
