Early City Council reviews legislative changes that affect city code

EARLY, IOWA – NOVEMBER 2, 2010

1. Texting while driving
2. Personas with disability
3. False identity.
- guy passed out in post office a few years ago and gave false ID.
4. Legal descriptions of properties
5. ATVs stopping at convenience stores.
- Town law doesn’t allow for driving ATVs on city streets.
-- Town law can override this law.
6. Council only adopts the traffic and identity regulations.
