SAC CITY, IOWA – FEBRUARY 14, 2011
The Sac City Council came to order at 7:30PM on February 14, 2011 without Jim Johnston or Jim Frederick.
The remaining three members, Gary Hansen, Bill Brenny, and Nick Frohardt did not indicate at what point they met previous to the February 14, 2011 to consider the bills, since they did not consider the bills to be paid at that evening's meeting.
No agenda was issues to the public regarding a work session to deliberate over these bills, and the present members of the council did not indicate publically if they met in an illegal executive session prior to the meeting.
On motion from Bill Brenny, Seconded by Nick Frohardt, the bills to be paid, (sometimes referred to as "claims",) the minutes of the previous meeting, and the evening’s agenda were approved unanimously by all of the Sac City Council members who bothered to show up.
