Sac City Council Approved $35,215.00 in pass through spending for the housing rehab program with a nearly comical lack of discussion
FEBRUARY 14, 2011 - SAC CITY, IOWA
With a motion from Gary Hansen, and a second from Bill Brenny, $35,215.00 was drawn down from Community Development Block Grant. The motion was approved unanimously by the three members of the council that bothered to show up, (Gary Hansen, Bill brenny, and Nick Frohardt)
With a motion by Bill Brenny, seconded by Gary Hansen, that amount was then paid to Region XII Council of Governments. The motion was approved unanimously.

Mayor Barb Powell: Wish we could get some more of this. I hear it’s going to be quite a [unintelligible] this spring.
Councilperson Bill Brenny: That is for the actual rehabilitation?
Mayor Barb Powell: Um-hum
City Administrator Adam Ledford: Correct.
Councilperson Bill Brenny: Okay.
