  2. They wouldn't have arrested him if they didn't have the proof! What do you mean by the state of law enforcement in Sac County?

  4. Anyone who knows Buster knows he has a big heart, sometimes foolish but a big heart. He as already been convicted by the court of public opinion and he will have to accept there punishment. I hope he can get through this mess and lead a good life. Remember, let the man who has not sinned throw the first stone.

  5. Those of you that support Buster: Do you actually know him?! Have you any idea how many people he has [SPECIFIC ALLEGATION OF CRIME REMOVED] and [SPECIFIC ALLEGATION OF CRIME REMOVED]? Any idea how many times he has almost [SPECIFIC ALLEGATION OF CRIME REMOVED]? Any idea how many parties and celebrations he's been at where a [SPECIFIC ALLEGATION OF CRIME REMOVED]? Give me a break! He should have been in prison years ago.

  6. I agree! He may have a big heart, but he is a perverted little creep! He thinks, like he always has, that he is Wirtjers and can go where he wants, do what he wants to whomever he wants, and he is above the law. Punish him like you would anyone else-forget his last name...or how big his heart is. He has gotten away with so much already-throw the fricken book at the little SOB!

  7. I don't even live in that area anymore but if Buster is anything like what he used to be then lock him up. After all the shit I have seen him pull and get away with, it's time that he gets punished.

  8. I do not know, it seems to me that Buster usually gets arrested as soon as he has ever done anything. No one can say that the police are afraid to put him behind bars.

We should arrest everyone equally. Be it teacher, police officer, or truck driver.

Can we say that is done. The answer is no. There is nothing equal about the law in Sac City. If all were equal we would not employ them.

Buster has done some things, others have also, but they remain at large. Curious, his last name has not seemed to protect him, in fact quite the opposite.

  9. I agree completely with Anonymous Dec. 4th @ 9:16PM. How can you say his last name protects him, and lets him get by with whatever he wants to do? Obviously not if he's been arrested, and has all of these charges pressed against him. If that was the case, then this would be swept under the rug, and covered up...not plastered everywhere. Also, he HAS been punished for the things that he's done in the past. Can you name one time that he's gotten away with your allegations without having law enforcement and/or being prosecuted? Don't blame anything on his last name, you should blame it on how he was prosecuted by the past county attorney.

  10. People who make comments like some of those above perhaps don't know all the facts or the full story in most cases. I can tell you one thing the Wirtjers family are all hardworking people. Some may play hard, but in general they are all very hard working people. Anyone who is free of having done something out of line in past "cast the first stone". No one is any better than anyone else, they may have not been caught, perhaps. Have a little compassion for people and don't be so quick to judge. Is this how you or your family would want to be treated? I'm ashamed of the ignorance and stupity that is often displayed by people far and near and in Sac City. They sound like wild boars on the rampage at times. Buster is not proven guilty, and even so should he be for pete's sake act like human beings that are decent not wild animals or someone out for vengance!

  11. I agree, if Buster spit on the sidewalk, Earl Hardisty sent him to jail.

He would have given him the chair for jay-walking. No slack was ever given to him.

Justice is supposed to be blind, we are supposed to be treated fairly and equally. That has not been done.

  13. I hate to say this, but I thank Buster. Before him [CONTENT REMOVED] It was a regular "Usual Suspects" thing. Am sorry for your current problems. But I have enjoyed several calm years thanks to you. Small towns do not like people who let off steam or get loud. They tend to hammer them down. Again, thanks.
