1. The top two pages above pertain to the WLVA district. The bottom two pages pertain to the Sac district.
2. Under line 5 entitled “Open enrollment out”, WLVA has 9 students listed, Sac has 2 students listed.
- This equals $51,912 for WLVA and $11,5326 for Sac (line 8).
- The bottom line is: A student moves into the district sometime over the course of the school year or the summer, and they weren’t counted on last year’s enrollment, so the school does not receive funding for them, but if after moving here, they open enroll out to Carroll, Carroll can bill ESC for that so ESC is out one year funding for that student. The applications, if approved allow the school to recover spending authority, ($51K for WLVA and $11K for Sac)
3. Boards approve submission of applications.

4. Official student count date is October 1.
