LAKE VIEW, IOWA – JUNE 21, 2010
1. Contractor would like to let repair of the street ride over the winter to let it see what it is going to do and make a plan.
- According to the contractor, the giant crack might be frost heave issue and not a ground settlement issue. A second winter would confirm that, and guide him in what action he will take.
2. Contractor will pick about three spot and do some core drilling to make sure it’s not a soil type issue.
3. Lake View City Council votes to pay the contractor.
