The following is a tentative agenda for the June 27, 2011 council meeting scheduled for 6:30 p.m. at the City Municipal Utility Building. The tentative agenda may not represent the full agenda and is subject to change with additions or deletions. The tentative agenda as of June 16, 2011 is:

VI. Snyder & Associates to Address the Council on Progress of Sewer Project.

VII. Consideration of Approving Change Order #2 for Eriksen Construction Company, Inc.

VIII. Consideration of 2011-12 Cigarette Permits (Annual Renewal).

IX. Consideration of Going into Closed Session Under Chapter 21(1)c. (According to the open meetings handbook, this is done to discuss strategy with counsel in matters that are presently in litigation or where litigation is imminent where its disclosure would be likely to prejudice or disadvantage the position of the governmental body in that litigation.)
