- Things clerk wants to point out in general fund.
- Question about electrical transmission unable to be answered.
- Comparative differences in cost of garbage service.
- Question about utility bill discrepancy.
-- Mayor directs clerk to get citizen answer by August 10, 2010
8. Council hears Clerk’s update.
- Wind turbine struck by lightning
- New transformers for twilight acres have arrived.
- Natural gas tap moving forward for Healy house.
- Park renovation is complete.
- Electric line to be buried.
- Resident wants streetlight wire removed from home, will be buried.
- Auditors to arrive in October or November and are beginning preliminary work.
- Further discussion about electrical lines.
9. Park Renovation nearly complete, Council gets report.
10. Council tables discussion on purchase of new pick-up truck.
11. Council tables discussion on purchase of mini-excavator.
12. Council approves purchase of a 2010 Case Tractor for $16,516 plus the insurance money.
14. Council updated on attempt to get leverage against Howard Center
15. Building permit for Lutheran Church approved.
16. Clerk FYI’s about electrical rate issues.
