-- If Kid’s World owed money to a business in town and that owner of that business is sitting on the Kid’s World board, then that person cannot vote to approve payment of that bill.
3. Approval of agenda.
4. Approval of Minutes of the June Meeting.
5. Approval of the Financial Report.

- yes.
-- Getting support through food bank for acquiring healthier food.
