ODEBOLT, IOWA – JULY 6, 2010
Because of the sheer number of area city councils who decided to meet on July 6 due to the holiday, the Odebolt City Council got the short end of the stick equipment wise. I apologize for the extremely low quality of the video.

-With all the rain, they’ve been backed up in Lake View which is delaying the work in Odebolt.
