Lake View City Council makes $50K incentive payment to Boulder’s Inn on a 3-1 vote
LAKE VIEW, IOWA – JULY 6, 2010
1. Incentive payment comes back to the city through Tiff payments and Motel/Hotel tax.
2. How it will be paid:
- $25,000 from sales tax.
- $25,000 from general fund
3. This is considered a loan with a repayment date of December 2012.
4. Council approves after confirming repayment method and date of payment.
- One no vote
