Early City Council takes necessary steps to move forward with water tower project
EARLY, IOWA – JULY 14, 2010
The following is the excerpt of the minutes of the July 14, 2010 Early City Council meeting that detail the results of the votes that needed to take place to keep moving forward with the new water tower.
There wasn’t any real deliberation except on the approval of the grant administrator contract which they drug their feet a little on. Following is a copy of the contract with Simmering-Cory, Inc.
