Early City Council members change the locks
EARLY, IOWA – JULY 14, 2010
In response to a dispute the council and city office is having with the librarian, which brought to light a possible security problem with door access generally, the city council approved a contact with B.T.B. Limited to have all of the city’s locks changed for $1,263.00. The estimate that was approved follows:

The city council is going to monitor the shelter house and see if it too will need to have new locks put into place, but did not act on it during the July 14, 2010 meeting.
