According to members of the Wall Lake Planning and Zoning, there is no real follow-up to make sure that people who are building are in compliance with code.
In this set of videos, they extensively explain the reasons why they would like the council to appoint a commissioner to enforce code.
Also discussed is the establishment of a fee for permitting.
