Notice is hereby given that the City of Sac City will be taking and opening bids at their April 12, 2010 council meeting on replacement of the pool heater for the Sac City Aquatic Center. All persons wishing to bid the pool heater should pick up a bidder’s packet at the City Offices, 302 E. Main Street, Sac City, Iowa. Bids are due by 4:00 p.m. on April 9, 2010.
If you need more information, please contact Adam Ledford, City Administrator at (712) 662-7593. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all technicalities that may arise and take such action as deemed in the best interest of the City.

I hope a requirement of the bid is that the heater be in place and WORKING when the pool opens this summer
