The Sac City Council held a public hearing on November 9, 2009 to entertain public comments regarding the proposed plans and specifications, proposed form of contract, and the estimate of cost for the construction of the Sac City Waste Water Treatment Plant improvements.
No members of the public were on hand to comment. According to City Administrator no members of the public had communicated with the Sac City Government Business office in regards to any aspect of the Waste Water Treatment Plant.
The hearing was then closed with no comment from any of the Sac City Council members.
Related to the hearing was the need for passage of resolution 2009 - 14: (below)
This resolution, which passed without comment, is a legal technicality that needs to be on the books in order to move forward with ultimately awarding the contract to a bidder.
