PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that a petition has been filed by Brad Blum seeking a maximum secondary structure variance on the property described as Sac City Inc 180’x135’OL 61 or otherwise described by address as 340 South 16th Street.
The Sac City Board of Adjustment will be hearing all arguments for and against the proposed zoning use variance. The public hearing will be held at 5:45 on Wednesday, May 11 at the City Council Chambers, Sac City Municipal Utility Building.
Any interested person who is unable to attend the hearing who would like to make their thoughts known should address their written comments to the City Administrator, City of Sac City, P.O. Box 37, Sac City, Iowa 50583.
