to: Sac City employee

I'll read your letter at Monday night's Sac City Council meeting and see if the council people agree that there are classes of people that shouldn't be allowed to exercise their freedom to express their opinions about your performance based on whether they own land.

I'll post the video their reactions and the letter simultaneously. To be clear, the council members who remain silent agree with you.
